If you purchased your DIVE CD-ROM within the past 120 days from an authorized retailer, you can upgrade it to a digital format at no charge. Normally, we require customers to send the CD-ROM to us along with their receipts. However, if you prefer, you can break the CD-ROM and take a picture of it on your receipt. When we receive the picture, the download email will be sent. Please allow 2 business days for processing.
While it can't be shared or given away, the download is yours to keep and use with all the children in your household. If you lose the download, we will send it to you again.
