Because the eLearning courses have downloadable files, once you have logged in to the eLearning course, we cannot process a refund or exchange. This is why all customers are required to read the Placement article before purchasing. However, we can place a hold on the course until the student is ready. If you would like to place a hold, send an email to email@example.com with the student's name and course title.
